We decided the best way to celebrate Pride month this year was by listening, so we grabbed a group of our LGBTQ+ colleagues together for a chat. One of the great things about our Bridgenext (formerly Definition 6) community is the diversity within our “diversity group”, so we wanted to hear what each person had to say on a host of topics – from being open in the workplace, to corporate responsibility, and a whole lot in between. The result was an open and honest conversation that provided insight into the challenges (and some advantages) LGBTQ+ professionals face these days.
