The overarching theme of the conference was clear: Winds of Change. As the United States braces for a pivotal election, the conference naturally delved deep into the current political climate. The discussions were urgent, the questions probing, and the collective determination to create an impact.

Key figures like MSNBC anchor Joy Reid, ABC News Correspondent Rachel Scott, and Black Star Network CEO Roland Martin, alongside the inevitable presence of Donald Trump, dominated the speaker lineup. Their insights offered diverse perspectives on the challenges and opportunities facing the industry.

One of the most compelling panels, “Newsroom to Communications: Navigating the Transition,” highlighted the evolving landscape of media.
