Full stack Senior Developer

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in NodeJS.
As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable web applications.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4-6 years of overall experience, with a focus on NodeJS for at least 2 years & React JS experience of at least 1 year.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers,
- to translate business requirements into high-quality software solutions.
- Design and implement server-side logic using NodeJS, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests.
- Develop and maintain front-end components using ReactJS, ensuring a responsive and seamless user experience.
- Experience with database systems such as MSSQL or PostgreSQL.
- Exposure to GraphQL & Kafka would be an additional advantage.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies and apply best practices to enhance the overall development process.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free software.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance to meet the company’s performance standards.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
