Team & Project Overview:

As the Principal Technical Architect at Bridgenext, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team specializing in microservice-based solutions. You will take ownership of the overall solution blueprint and roadmap, collaborating closely with clients to understand their business problems and translate them into effective solution designs. Your leadership and technical expertise will drive successful project delivery, ensuring solutions meet client needs and align with industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions that meet business requirements, leveraging your expertise in Solution Architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into appropriate solution designs, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Solution Architecture and Planning, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage.
• Maintain and promote the solution’s architectural description, implementation, guidelines, and documentation to meet the company’s objectives, business goals, and compliance obligations.
• Develop, maintain, and employ architectural principles, standards, and design patterns that are in line with the latest technology.
• Lead solutions architectural design processes, supporting the technical review board, and driving alignment and adherence to design principles and patterns, IT standards, and strategy.
• Provide Solution Architecture support to projects by closely working with Business Analysts, Business stakeholders, and translating business requirements to system requirements and designs for engineering teams both in-house and external vendor teams.
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of Solution Architecture Design documents and diagrams, such as HLD (High-Level Design), SDD (Solution Design Document), etc.
• Lead the formal review/approval process for Solution Architecture Design documents.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Experience:

• Minimum 10 year(s) of experience is required.

Must-Have Skills:

• Expertise in Solution Architecture.
• Experience with designing and implementing complex solutions that meet business needs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and best practices.
• Strong knowledge in RDBMS and NoSQL concepts with strong logical thinking and solutions.
• Profound understanding and application of design patterns and SOLID principles in system development.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with API design and development, including RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Solid grasp of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Additional Desired Skills:

• Good knowledge of Microservices platform architectures – API Gateways, Docker Containers, Docker Swarm, or Kubernetes container orchestrations.
• Good knowledge in designing cloud-native application architecture.
• Good understanding of API integration technologies and API security standards.
• Good understanding of DevOps platforms and operations.
• Knowledge of standards in IT application architecture.
• Knowledge of technology platforms, hosting services, and their relationship with key IT services and processes.

• UG: Any Graduate
• PG: Any Postgraduate
• Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
