Technical Lead – Node.Js-TypeScript (6-8 Years)
Location: Pune
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead specializing in Node.js and TypeScript to lead our backend development team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience in developing scalable backend solutions, with deep expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, along with leadership capabilities. The role also requires proficiency in Nest.js, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, and NoSQL databases, and the ability to mentor junior developers and oversee technical decision-making.
1. 6-8 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Node.js and TypeScript.
2. Proven experience in leading technical teams and guiding projects from inception to delivery.
3. Expertise in building and managing applications using Nest.js.
4. Strong experience with databases, particularly PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB, and NoSQL technologies.
5. Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
6. In-depth knowledge of asynchronous programming, microservices architecture, and modern JavaScript/TypeScript practices.
7. Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure Preferably Azure, and containerization tools such as Docker.
8. Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
9. Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and security.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
Experience in front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is a plus.
