Tehcnical Lead (FullStack – Java, React)

As a Technical Lead, you’ll lead projects’ development, delivery, and ongoing support from end-to-end. In addition, you will:
- Discuss and collaborate with client teams, and contribute to the design of new features
- Review the code of your peers
- Advocate for standard methodologies
- Facilitate engineering discussions
- Mentor junior engineers
- Participate in an inclusive, energetic, and highly multi-functional team.
Required Skills:
- A Software Development Engineer with 7+ years of experience with modern development technologies like ES6, React, Typescript that are used to deliver front-end user interfaces, and Java as back-end software systems for APIs and services.
- Passionate about setting standard methodologies and raising the bar for testing, code quality, and maintainability – not only for the team but for the entire engineering organization.
- Experience in Unit testing both frontend and backend systems.
- Experience in SpringBoot framework.
- Experience with AWS services is good to have.
Additional Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in working with client teams.
- Exposure to database systems like MS SQL or similar.
- Familiarity with nosql databases like mongodb, dynamodb etc.
- Exposure to building microservices using Docker, and Kubernetes is good to have.
